When you use our form, we collect the details you provide: your city, project scope, what is driving the project, your timeframe, and your name, phone number, and email. We may also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, through basic web analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to connect you with an independent, Florida-licensed impact window or wind mitigation professional in Sarasota and Manatee County, to respond to your request, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share it
We share the information you submit with the independent, licensed installer we match you with, so they can contact and quote your project. We may also use service providers (for example, form handling and analytics) that process data on our behalf. We do not perform the work ourselves, and once you are connected, your dealings are directly with the installer.
TCPA consent
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Sun Coast Impact Windows and the professional you are matched with may contact you at the phone number and email you provided, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded voice, text message, and email, about your impact window or wind mitigation project. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed on a call, or emailing us.
Your choices
You can request that we access, correct, or delete your information, or that we stop contacting you, by emailing info@suncoastimpactwindows.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable Florida and federal law.
